HelpNow is available to all library cardholders.

Live tutoring is available daily from 2 PM to 11 PM, in English and in Spanish.

Brainfuse HelpNow offers live tutoring in English and Spanish. Additionally, other resources, such as study tools, are available in both languages.

Creating an account allows you to track your progress, save your tutoring sessions, submit papers for review, and access personalized learning resources tailored to your needs.

Yes! You can submit your papers to the Writing Lab for expert feedback and suggestions two ways:

• Live Writing Assistance: Connect with an online tutor for expert writing assistance with our live help feature. Live help is particularly helpful during the initial stages of the writing process when you are working on the organizational and thematic features of your paper.
• Intensive Writing Lab: For a more thorough analysis, simply select Writing Lab from the launch menu and submit your writing via our secure messaging feature. Within approximately 24 hours of submitting your paper, you will receive a detailed analysis of your paper in your message center inbox. Our writing experts are trained to focus their analysis on voice, word choice, sentence fluency, and organization.

Yes, there are videos, flashcards, study tools, and test prep materials available 24/7.

Yes, you can join virtual study spaces to collaborate with peers. Study with your peers or school instructors online with MEET. MEET lets you easily schedule online meetings with your peers in the Brainfuse classroom. Use MEET to study for tests, work on assignments, or collaborate on projects.

No. If you have a Brainfuse HelpNow account from another library system, you can log in with that account after entering your Arlington library card number.
