VetNow is available to all library cardholders.

Live tutoring is available daily from 2 PM to 11 PM.

Yes, all areas have Spanish-speaking experts. The entire website can also be switched to Spanish.

Creating an account allows you to track your progress, save your live sessions, submit resumes & cover letters for review, and access personalized learning resources tailored to your needs.

All you need is a computer with Internet access (our classroom is Mac/PC compatible).

While VetNow requires no download, it may take a few minutes to enter your session for the first time.

No. Use VetNow as frequently as you want/need to.

VetNow provides three types of live online assistance:

1. Guidance on applying for veterans' benefits from local, state, and federal programs.
2. Support with transitioning to civilian careers, including resume restructuring, military skills translation, interview practice, and unemployment assistance.
3. College success support, offering live writing help, language learning, and tutoring in subjects like math, science, social studies, and English.

All VetNow navigators and tuturs have a four-year degree, are based in the U.S. and submit to a complete background and reference check. They all receive initial and ongoing training in their respective positions.

Yes, while VetNow offers unique veteran-specific services like benefit navigation, its live employment and academic support is tailored to veterans. Some employment resources in VetNow overlap with JobNow, and SkillSurfer and eParachute are available across all three platforms.
