- Workflow for Registering and Paying a Vendor
If you are paying a performer/speaker for your program, you must set up a Purchase Order (PO) through Admin before the date of the program. This requires registering the performer/speaker as a vendor through DMF and can take some time, so the sooner you supply the paperwork, the better. Canva: Each library location now has their own paid Canva account. Remember to access the footer templates in the L Drive: Marcom folder and upload those and official logos to your location's account.

Search Getty images included in the Library's account. Use these images for your featured image in LibCal or in a flyer. Contact P&P or anyone with a Getty Images account to purchase the image for you.
**Remember to also check the L Drive > Stock Images folder to search for images already purchased.
